The offer and sale of products on this website are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
By using the Digitalprintweb.it site (hereafter referred to simply as the “website”), users accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale; for this reason, Digital Print srl invites all users to read them in advance.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale may be updated and/or modified at any time by Digital Print srl; changes and updates will be notified to users as soon as they are made and will be binding from the moment of their publication in this section. Users are encouraged to access this section regularly to check for the most recent and updated Terms and Conditions of Sale on Digitalprintweb.it. If a user does not agree, in whole or in part, with these Terms and Conditions, they are advised to refrain from accessing or using the website.

In some cases, products offered for sale on Digitalprintweb.it are sold directly by Digital Print srl, with registered office at Via Buonarroti 19, 70022 Altamura (Bari – Italy), VAT number 05638820729; in these cases, the purchase is concluded and finalized directly between the user/buyer and Digital Print srl/seller.

**1. Digital Print srl’s Commercial Policy**

1.1 Digital Print srl offers its products for sale on Digitalprintweb.it and engages in e-commerce activities for end users. Digital Print srl reserves the right not to accept and not to process purchase proposals that do not come from Consumer users and are not in compliance with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
1.2 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively govern the offer, forwarding, and acceptance of purchase proposals for products present on the site between site users and Digital Print srl.
1.3 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale do not govern the provision of services and/or sale of products by entities other than Digital Print srl, which may be present on Digitalprintweb.it through links, banners, or other hypertext links. Users are advised to check the general sales conditions before purchasing goods and/or services offered by these third parties, as Digital Print srl will not be responsible for the provision of services and/or sale of goods or the conclusion of any other e-commerce transaction between users and such third parties.

**2. How to Purchase (Acceptance of Sales Conditions, Privacy)**

2.1 Displaying products on Digitalprintweb.it constitutes an invitation to offer.
2.2 To proceed with the purchase of one or more products, the user must select them one by one and add them to the “cart.”
2.3 Once the product selection is completed, the user can view all selected products in their cart, which will also display the essential characteristics of the selected products and their respective prices.
2.4 To complete the purchase, the user must click the “complete purchase” button; the order form will then appear, which the user must complete with their data and, finally, choose their preferred payment method and proceed with the payment.
2.5 Before submitting the order, the user will be asked to carefully read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the information on the Right of Withdrawal, and the Privacy Policy and to specifically accept them.
2.6 The user’s order constitutes a contractual proposal addressed to Digital Print srl.
2.7 Immediately after receiving the order, Digital Print srl will send an order confirmation email to the user, which does not constitute acceptance of the order proposal; this email informs the buyer that the order has been received and is undergoing a data verification process and a check on product availability.
2.8 The purchase contract is concluded, and the payment will be charged to the buyer’s account only when the buyer receives a shipping confirmation email with which Digital Print srl confirms the completion of the purchase contract, informs the buyer of the shipment of the products that are available, and provides the expected delivery date.
2.9 The shipping confirmation email contains an order summary and the legal information already included in the order form (section 2.4).
2.10 The user can check the status of their order at any time by accessing the “Account” section.

**3. Product Prices and Availability**

3.1 Digital Print srl offers for sale exclusively high-quality products, including luxury items. The user’s order constitutes a contractual proposal addressed either directly to the individual Designer, through the Digitalprintweb.it portal, or, in the case of products sold directly by Digital Print srl, directly to the latter.
3.2 The products offered for sale on Digitalprintweb.it are purchased by the user directly from Digital Print srl, which guarantees that they, in turn, have been purchased from carefully selected producers and fashion houses for their strict quality controls, or have been produced in full compliance with all rules and laws, ensuring the highest quality and reliability of the products.
3.3 Each product on Digitalprintweb.it is accompanied by a detailed description of its essential qualities; Digital Print srl does not guarantee that product images and colors exactly match the actual items, as they may vary depending on the type of monitor or internet browser used by the user.
3.4 Product prices may be subject to updates; before placing the order, the user is therefore invited to verify the exact amount of the final sale price.
3.5 For credit card payments, the financial information provided by the buyer at the time of order submission (credit/debit card number, expiration date) will be transmitted via encrypted protocol to PayPal, which provides remote electronic payment services, without any third party having access to this information. Digital Print srl will use this information only to complete the purchase, to refund the buyer in case of unavailability after payment, or if the right of withdrawal is exercised, or if necessary to prevent or report fraud to the competent police authorities.

**4. Warranties**

The sale of products on Digitalprintweb.it is governed by the legislation on the legal guarantee of conformity and commercial warranties for consumer goods under EU and national legislation. In particular, Digital Print srl will be responsible under this legislation in the case of purchases concluded directly between users and Digital Print srl or individual Designers in the case of purchases concluded directly with individual Designers. **5. Shipping**

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning. Additional information on product delivery methods and times can be found in the shipping confirmation email (section 2.9).

**6. Customs**

If products ordered on Digitalprintweb.it are delivered abroad, the buyer may be subject to import duties and taxes once the package reaches its destination. Any additional customs clearance charges are borne by the buyer; Digital Print srl cannot predict these costs, which are beyond its control. For information on foreign customs policies, we advise users to contact their local customs office.

**7. Right of Withdrawal**

The customer, to make a return, must contact our Customer Service by emailing digitalprint@digitalprintweb.it and notifying their intention to return, including the order number, the product code for which they want to make the return, and the reason for the return; in the case of multiple products to be returned, a form must be filled out for each product.
Purchased goods must be returned to Digital Print srl within a maximum of 7 (seven) days from the delivery date. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
If the customer intends to return multiple products from the same order, a return request must be submitted for each product, and each product must be packaged individually.
We recommend shipping returned products using the same carrier and packaging as the original shipment. Digital Print srl is not responsible for reimbursement or compensation for returned products that are lost, stolen, or damaged.
Digital Print srl undertakes to promptly refund the customer and, in any case, no later than 30 days from acceptance of the return. Digital Print srl will notify the customer by email once the refund is processed.
Digital Print srl reserves the right to reject the return of products that do not comply with the original items sent. Products must not be worn, washed, or altered and must show no signs of use. Each product must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories received with the item.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all parts (including packaging, documentation, and any accessory equipment) and undamaged. To prevent damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing it in a second box when possible. Avoid applying labels or tape directly to the product’s original packaging.
All returned items will undergo careful inspection and must meet all the parameters listed in the return procedure; only after such inspection, and in any case within 15 (fifteen) days from the shipment of the package by the customer, Digital Print srl will notify the customer of the acceptance of the return and will process the refund of the paid amount.
In the case of shipping errors by Digital Print srl, the customer must follow the same instructions provided above. For additional information regarding the right of withdrawal, see the shipping confirmation email (section 2.9).
